Beef Tikka Karahi is one of our customer favorites, crafted using beef tikka that is marinated for up to 8–24 hours to develop deep flavor and tenderness. The beef is first grilled over high heat for a smoky, lightly charred finish, then cooked again in a traditional karahi (wok) with fresh tomatoes, green chilies, herbs, and house spices to create a rich, bold, and aromatic dish.
This two-step cooking process delivers the best of both worlds—grilled flavor with karahi-style depth—resulting in tender, juicy beef coated in a robust masala. Made fresh to order, this dish is perfect for dining in or taking out and pairs exceptionally well with basmati rice or fresh naan.
